Job Description

1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing strategic business analysis and the management and oversight of all financial accounting matters in the entity. Ensure compliance with local laws/regulations, corporate policy/procedures and internal control requirements.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Building finance team, organize all accounting work based on US and local GAAP;
b) Monitoring annual and periodic financial report to US accurately and timely;
c) Prepare yearly budget under factory new year policy deployment;
d) Monitoring Budget Control and monthly forecast;
e) Monitoring compliance with applicable law and regulations;
f) Improve finance process and internal control via DBS
g) Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

a) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance or CPA
b) 8+ years work experience in progressively responsible, professional Accounting or Financial assignments in a multi-national company; preferably experience in a fast paced, lean manufacturing environment.
c) In-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Tax issues, Accounting Processes
d) Demonstrated ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to develop, implement and manage most complex accounting and financial practices.
e) Computer proficiency and a high level of oral, written and presentation expertise
f) Very strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities.

a) Performance against MBOs;
b) Spotless ethics and integrity
c) Timing and accuracy of closing and reports
d) Forecast variance and no surprise financial result
