Job Description

Organization Development:
- Design and evaluate corporate organizational structure
- Develop competence model and position management system
- Provide support to achieve corporate goals, including the development of corporate workforce strategies
- Establish capability and talent framework to ensure management of employee promotion

Training Development:
- Design training program and skill workshop for corporate staff
- Establish Orientation for new employees
- Manage and optimize training policy
- Build relationship with 3rd party institution to ensure the most appropriate training program is implemented

Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and implement complete compensation and benefits policy
- Manage the disbursement of employee compensation and benefits regularly
- Calculate and optimize corporate labor cost
- Handle employee bonuses, merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans
- Participate audit when it happened each year

Performance Review
- Monitor or amend performance review policy, system and procedure
- Organize and confirm performance target, standard and evaluation method
- Prepare independent analysis report by collecting and analyzing data
- Improve employee’s motivation by exploring new performance review model
- KPI monitor and control

Global Recruitment
- Monitor or amend standard operating procedure for global recruitment
- Conduct final round interview and control labor cost
- Establish a variety of appropriate sourcing channels to attract and identify suitable candidates
- Utilize and maintain 3rd party recruitment sources
Business Partner
- Perform and leadership as a HR Business Partner to support important project in the group
- Organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning; arranging; training…etc

Others
- Complete Weekly Report and other documents
- Take leadership to the activities of Annual Party / Outing / Team Building…etc.
- Serve as an HR expert to ASI GROUP leadership.
- Establish Labor Union and control the risk


Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Minimum of 8 years HR working experiences; HR knowledge in FMCG and food industry is a plus.
- Strong team work spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions.
- Good team player, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated; open-minded and candid attitude.
- Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Group.
- Strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong business understanding;
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral English; French is a plus.
