Job Description

1. Setting up a quality management plan
2. Definition and tracking of actions
3. Supporting R&D in definition of tailoring guidelines
4. Execution of internal software assessments
5. Coordination of external assessments
6. Safety management according ISO 26262
7. Calculation of KPIs related the quality numbers
8. Reporting KPI and escalation if necessary
9. Moderating reviews (e.g. code reviews, SPL.2 meetings and so on)
10. Pushing for standardization
11. Releasing of software versions together with R&D before delivering to customer
12. Setting up necessary quality management actions independent of the project hierarchy
13. Checking whether projects are working according defined rules and pushing accordingly
14. Checking and tracking the defined quality objectives

Job Requirements

1. College Degree
2. At least 5 years experience in C programming, software development tool chain, requirement management and automotive standards
3. Basic knowledge in project management
4. Automotive SPICE
