Job Description

1. Receiving questions or requirement from the customers, and support them to solve all problems technically.
Set up contact with Munich or other internal department when it’s necessary for the support to solve the issues;
2. Follow up new project open issues, assist project leader close open issues and get acceptance;
3. Support spare parts sales for the parts identification;
4. Set up back up for all machine’s documentation at Shanghai, and support for service people in case of he need any documentation of the machine;
5. On site service base on customer urgent requirements;

Job Requirements

1. University Diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Machine Building or Business
2. Open mind ,accountability ,self –discipline , quicker learner
3. Knowlege of PLC
4. Technical English in the field of engineering
5. Capability of depiction about technical issues
6. More than 5 years Reaction Process Machinery experience
