Job Description

1) Project integration
-Combine with complete equipment which offered from Munich, Hannover or sub-suppliers together for a turnkey project, and clarify all open issues for project integration.
-Organize or attend external kick-off meet together with customer & sub-suppliers
-Draft specifications for outsourced equipment (complete machines such as cutter) for purchase dept.

2) Cost control
- Assign target costs to each cost owner base on pre-cost of order & target margin
- Update actual project expenses while each milestone to make sure all expenses within budget.
- Reason analysis if have big gap between actual expenses & budget when project finish

3) Order tracking
 Overall tracking orders from order income until last payment, step in the loop when progress could not go forward, at least below daily works are included.
-Kick-off order internal
-Set up master schedule when order income
-Daily tracking all running orders to ensure on time & qualified delivery
-Chair weekly project meeting & update project status
-Organize delivery
-Chase customer payment for each stage
-Troubleshooting after delivery

4) Order change management
Make agreement or sign additional contract with customer in case any one of below items has been changed.
And also announce order change internal, and then make corresponding record & follow up to make it effectiveness.
-Order specifications
-Delivery time
-Additional costs

5) Customer management
Satisfaction management & keep good relationship with customer, daily jobs incl.
-Maintenance customer information
-Participate in project events which involve customer for kick-off meeting, pre-acceptance, site installation….
-Arrange reception & entertainments when customer visit
-Good communication with customers, step in loop when get problems.
- Feedback customer satisfaction after project close

Job Requirements

1) 8+ year experience in the field of rubber, experience in tyre manufacturing is most favored.
2) 5+ year experience in project management or similar job
3) Background in sales or service who have good experience to deal with customer is preferred
4) Good communication in English
5) Education in subject of mechanical
6) Familiar with MS Project
